These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88fb platform and all services under it. By accessing the 88fb website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any related bonuses will be forfeited.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details — must be truthful and accurate. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the 88fb support team immediately. 88fb will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from sharing your login details.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

88fb may request supporting documents for identity verification in certain situations. If requested documents — such as a National ID card or Birth Registration Certificate — are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be put on hold.

88fb currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

3.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification is pending, processing may be delayed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

3.2 Source of Funds

You confirm that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Transactions using third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. The name on your account and the name on your payment account must match.

3.3 Failed Transactions

88fb's welcome bonus is 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager the total bonus amount 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

4.1 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• There is a maximum bet amount allowed when wagering with bonus funds — details will be stated on the bonus page.
• If an attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is detected, all related accounts will be closed.

4.2 Example Calculation

If you deposit ৳1,000, a 150% bonus gives you ৳1,500 in bonus funds, making your total balance ৳2,500. To make the ৳1,500 bonus withdrawable, you must complete total wagers of ৳30,000 (৳1,500 × 20). Alternatively, depositing ৳10,800 to receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳18,800, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,60,000 (৳8,000 × 20).

4.3 Promotion Changes

88fb reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. 88fb also reserves the right to withhold a bonus if the terms of an ongoing promotion are not met.

88fb's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum.

5.1 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total wins). For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳220 in cashback (৳20,000 × 1.1%).

5.2 VIP Tier Determination

VIP tier advancement depends on account activity and usage patterns. No specific turnover threshold is published — 88fb reserves the right to determine and review tiers according to its own criteria.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any single violation may result in immediate account closure:

• Any form of bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Conducting transactions or managing an account through a third party
• Attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through artificial bets
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources

If suspicious activity is detected, 88fb reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is complete.

7.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

7.2 Casino Games

In slots, live casino, and other games, if a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, the relevant round will be cancelled and the bet amount refunded. Each game's RTP and other information are displayed in the game interface.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute about the outcome of a bet, you must notify the support team in writing within 72 hours of the event. 88fb will verify the relevant information and reach a decision, which will be considered final.
